Virtual interview using cardboards or Oculus Rift, for hiring/ recruiting personal and platform update

Concept:
Once you completed the online job application form from the company’s platform or you attend/ sign up/go to an KPMG conference- convention, automatically you’re signed in the company’s database, and you’ll receive the Virtual Interview App, for cardboards/ oculus or you can download it from the official website.
After a  few explained steps, put the cardboards on and see your desk space and meet your future colleagues and bosses. You can give the interview from anywhere you are or you wish to give the interview: home, park, holiday, beach, etc .
 This augmented reality App concept, was created with the purpose of helping both employers and employed persons. For the employed and students to feel comfortable, relaxed and to get familiar with the companies values, conferences, ways of working, type of cases, problems/solution debates, office spaces, personal, colleagues, boss, CEO, before they actually enter the company. As for the employer, he has a real constant updated data base of job applications, in which they can evaluate each answer given in the interview to the questions.

 The KPMG virtual interview is one of my favorite projects to work on, that bonded the creative thinking with the practical demands through new technologies.
